Por volta das 13h30, puderam contar com a presen\u00e7a do vereador da Juventude, Dr. El\u00edsio Pinto, que explicou a import\u00e2ncia desta iniciativa num momento em que se vive uma &#8220;evolu\u00e7\u00e3o grave\u201d da pandemia de covid-19, alertando para o sentimento de responsabilidade e de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o.
