No passado dia 26 de outubro a turma do 11\u00ba IA teve oportunidade de participar numa oficina de dan\u00e7a alusiva \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o dos comportamentos aditivos. Esta oficina foi dinamizada pela Dream Dancing no \u00e2mbito do programa Cuidar-te do IPDJ.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assim, os alunos tiveram oportunidade de encontrar novas formas de gerir as suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es e promover\u00a0 a sua sa\u00fade mental, evitando cair nas depend\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p>\n

Foi um momento muito positivo, tendo os alunos participado de forma entusiasta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Importa ainda referir que esta a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou da candidatura apresentada ao IPDJ dentro do Programa CUIDA-TE realizada pela psic\u00f3loga da escola, Dra.
